Each station is a unique challenge that will test different aspects of your physical fitness

Load the bag and cover the distance keeping your core tight. Hug the weight, take short steps, and control your breathing to protect your lower back.

Work your upper and lower body at the same time. Maintain a constant cadence, push and pull with your arms without locking your elbows, and avoid sprinting at the start.

Transport the loads with a high posture. Shoulders down and back, strong grip, short steps, and gaze forward to minimize swaying.

Efficient rowing: legs–torso–arms on the pull and arms–torso–legs on the return. Maintain a steady rhythm, neutral back, and full stroke.

Hug the sandbag against your chest, elbows tight, and core active. Move continuously, prioritizing posture and controlled breathing.

Simulate the Nordic skiing motion by activating your lats, triceps, and core. Maintain a constant cadence, stable hips, and pull from your lats; avoid excessive lumbar flexion.

Walking lunges with control: front knee over the ankle, upright torso, and stable hips. Alternate legs while maintaining depth and balance.

Athletic crawl with ball: low hips, knees close to the ground, and hands under shoulders. Move forward in a coordinated and controlled manner while displacing the ball.

Combine a full burpee with a target toss. Maintain squat depth, receive the ball to your chest, and chain repetitions with controlled rhythm and breathing.

Hybiza Race consists of a 5 km course that includes 9 challenging workouts. Before each event, participants must run 500 m and prepare for the next exercise.
Hybiza Race 2026 will be held on May 9, 2026 in Ibiza. The event will take place at the Can Misses swimming pools.
