Work upper and lower body at the same time. Maintain a constant cadence, push and pull with your arms without locking your elbows, and avoid sprinting at the beginning.

Carry loads with a tall posture. Shoulders down and back, strong grip, short steps and looking forward to minimize swing.

Efficient paddling: legs-trunk-arms in the pull and arms-trunk-legs in the return. Maintain a stable rhythm, neutral back and complete stroke.

Hybiza Race consists of a 5 km course that includes 9 challenging workouts. Before each test, participants must run 500 m and prepare for the next exercise.
