Load the bag and travel the distance keeping your core tight. Hug the weight, take short steps and control your breathing to protect your lower back.

Work upper and lower body at the same time. Maintain a constant cadence, push and pull with your arms without locking your elbows, and avoid sprinting at the beginning.

Carry the loads with an upright posture. Shoulders down and back, strong grip, short strides, and eyes forward to minimize swaying.

Efficient rowing: legs–torso–arms in the pull, and arms–torso–legs in the return. Maintain a steady rhythm, a neutral back, and a full stroke.

Hug the sandbag to your chest, elbows tucked in, and core engaged. Move continuously, prioritizing posture and controlled breathing.

Simulate the Nordic skiing motion by engaging your lats, triceps, and core. Maintain a constant cadence, stable hips, and pull from your lats; avoid over-flexing the lower back.

Walking lunges with control: front knee over the ankle, upright torso, and stable hips. Alternate legs while maintaining depth and balance.

Athletic ball crawl: low hips, knees close to the ground, and hands under shoulders. Move forward in a coordinated and controlled manner while pushing the ball.

Combine a full burpee with a wall ball shot. Maintain squat depth, catch the ball at your chest, and link repetitions with a controlled rhythm and breathing.

Hybiza Race consists of a 5 km course that includes 9 challenging workouts. Before each test, participants must run 500 m and prepare for the next exercise.
Hybiza Race 2026 will be held on May 9, 2026, in Ibiza. The event will take place at the Can Misses pools.
